Co-founder and AI Product Manager
Co-founder of ANDE, the AI software studio behind Helia (iahelia.com) and IA.MBA (ia.mba), and AI Product Manager based in Lima. He leads AI consulting and product work for companies across Peru, Bolivia and Ecuador: AI agents, AI-native software and systems that automate real processes. At Helia he leads product for legal AI agents for Peruvian law; he also co-founded IA.MBA, a Latin American community for practical AI learning.

Co-founder and AI Engineer
Co-founder of ANDE and software engineer with 12+ years in LatAm (mobile, backend, full stack and Head of Engineering). At ANDE he designs and implements the AI agent harness: orchestration, tools, context retrieval (RAG) and evaluation, to ship agents and systems to production for companies in Peru, Bolivia and Ecuador. He brings the same engineering to Helia (agents over Peruvian regulations) and IA.MBA.
